Presque Isle River Gorge

Taken within the Presque Isle Rver Gorge of the Porcupine Mountains State Park in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The gorge is quite impressive with 20 + foot tall rock walls on either side of the powerful river. I am looking forward to re-visiting this area throughout my life. Fall time would be truly epic. The water flow is much less intense come fall time and the low flow exposes truly interesting circular holes in the rivers base. I hope you enjoy.
